What a Girl Needs

I'm sure I'm not alone. Shopping for makeup is fun. It's indulging, addictive and endless. Nope, not a drink... just a collection of little gifts of creme pots, small swirls of powder and delicate tubes of glossy gorgeous lipgloss. Something about makeup colors and endless variety makes me giddy for more.

How Much Beauty

Pretty puffs, slim sharp pencils, fluffy brushes- Why not? Only once a week do I give in to the impulse -since I'm an Addict (replace with Artist)- I add to my beauty collection with purpose. Does nail polish count?

Beauty Necessities

Urgently I buy pretty perfume bottles, nude and ruby nail polish, a new lipstick, scented bath soaps- practically necessities for decor- it may be for fun but it also feels good, the way some guys buy nuts and bolts.

Pretty with a Purpose

Cute japanese fan brushes look like 1920's props; Their white bristles dipped in blush are pretty and soft which only makes my beautification process easier and definitely more decadent. And a fluffy powder puff of glittery powder has a distinct elegant purpose, and of course a glorious perfect creme color that I can use on eyes lips and cheeks- going from office to the beach. What could I do without ? I need it all, admit it, wouldn't you?
