5. The ideal velvety or khol pencil that you use under your eyes for a dramatic effect. It's not dramatic, its heavy. Use black only on your inside rim or on top lash line. Use a lighter color like charcoal or bronze under your lashes. If you don't wear your black pencil on the inside eye rim or on the top lashline, Toss it.
